Notes
A brown, bitter, medium-bodied Dry Stout.
Mash at 150F for 60 - 90 minutes. Ferment between 64-66F. 3% sour Dry Stout (Guinness) can be added to the final beer. to do this empty one bottle of Guinness into a clean and sterile bowl. Cover with clear plastic wrap and leave covered at room temperature for three days. Gently, without splashing, add to finished beer. Lends the classic "twang" of a dry stout.
