Notas
Like IPA historically would have been. Part of this beer was aged on a fishing boat in an oak cask and released as "Atlantic IPA".
Tagline: IPA Of Yesteryear.
First brewed: 12/2008
Food pairing: Smoked venison sausage; Very mature Cheddar; Fettucine alfredo
Brewer's tips: Ensure you aerate the wort to get a nice clean fermentation and really get the best out of the UK hops.
