The items Sous-vide («Су-вид») and Lua mode («Lua-режим») are hidden in the list and are not turned on by the usual mode switching. The NBK and Lua modes are not present in every firmware build: if the mode saved in the settings is not available in the current build, it is shown in the list, but it cannot be selected again.
Samovar 7.00: the Cheesemaking mode has been added. Changing the mode no longer requires restarting the ESP32.
How to change the mode
If a process is running, stop it normally and wait for the heating and pumps to turn off. While heating is on, settings with a new mode are not saved.
Open Settings → Main («Настройки → Основные»). In the Operating mode («Режим работы») field, select the mode you need.
Before saving, connect the sensors and equipment that the new mode needs.
Press Save («Сохранить»). Samovar closes the log, cancels pending commands and switches the mode without a restart, and the browser goes to the main page of the selected mode.
Open Settings → Temperature («Настройки → Температура»), press the sensor list refresh and assign each sensor to its place. Press Save again.
Check the program of the selected mode and run the self-test before turning on heating.
Saved programs and settings are separated by mode. If you use different sets of sensors, save a backup settings file for each configuration on the Other («Прочие») tab.
