If you do not give the "Turn on heating" («Включить нагрев») command, Samovar shows the current temperatures from all sensors and the atmospheric pressure in the web interface. The temperature readings are also sent to Blynk (every 5 seconds) and are visible in the mobile app.
This lets you monitor the temperature of any equipment, whether it is a column, a mash (fermentation) vessel, a pot-still reflux column or a still with indirect heating that is not controlled automatically.
WARNING! In this mode the safety group does not work: the limit temperatures of the steam, water, boiler and the sensor on the additional input are not monitored. No logs are kept (neither the local log nor the one on the samovar-tool.ru server) and no charts are drawn.
This mode is not recommended, and the operator is fully responsible for the safety of the processes!
