Samovar 7.00: the "Log data recording" («Запись данных в лог») field is no longer on the tab; the log is written at a fixed interval of 4 seconds. Messages and the log go to the samovar-tool.ru site through the samovar-tool.ru server, see Logs and charts in the cloud.

 

 

The device token for the samovar-tool.ru server. It is shown by the Samovar mobile app after registration, see Mobile apps and website. The token can also be entered in the Wi-Fi connectionportal. The process log and messages reach the cloud by this same token.

 

 

If you have a camera that can serve a video stream over http or rtp stream, you can specify the camera access URL. The video will be available in the Blynk app (with a limitation: the video is available only within the local network).

 

 

Your time zone: the time offset from Greenwich, a whole number of hours.

 

 

Used with feedback regulators. Samovar periodically sends a request to the regulator. If there is no answer to several requests, Samovar shows the message "No connection with the regulator!" («Нет связи с регулятором!») and then stops the process with the message "Emergency shutdown! No connection with the heating regulator." («Аварийное отключение! Нет связи с регулятором нагрева.»)

 

 

The resistance of the heating element. Used to calculate power when working with a feedback regulator. The current power value is shown on the main page.

 

 

The supply mains voltage. Together with the heating element resistance it sets the heater's maximum power; used in NBK.

 

 

Use of the coolant flow sensor. If the sensor is connected but the checkbox is cleared, its readings are not taken into account when monitoring the water supply.

 

 

Setting the color for temperature sensors.

Setting the color for a particular sensor. The sensor readings will be shown in the selected color on:

the "Main" («Главная») tab, the "Temperature" («Температура») tab and the local charts; in the cloud, for now, the chart color settings do not change.

 

 

Relay modules are mostly of the Low Level Trigger type (LLT; enabled by default). This means a logical "0" must be applied to the relay control input (IN1) to switch the relay on. When a logical "1" is applied to the input (IN1), the relay switches off.

 

Select the level at which a particular relay module switches on. For an ordinary Low Level Trigger module select LOW. After boot Samovar sets the opposite, off level; the selected active level is applied only when the command to switch the relay on is given.

 

 

The settings are saved to your computer as the text file samovarbackup.txt. The file can be renamed (for example, to the name of the mode).

 

Forget the Wi-Fi network Samovar is currently connected to. After confirmation Samovar reboots and raises an access point for Wi-Fi connection.

 

Restore settings from a previously saved file. The values are put into the fields of this page, after which the hint "Settings loaded into the form, press "Save" to apply." («Настройки загружены в форму, нажмите «Сохранить», чтобы применить.») appears. Fields with invalid values are listed in the error message.

Save the settings on this page. After saving, the main page opens. If a field value is outside the valid range, the message "Settings not saved. Check the fields: …" («Настройки не сохранены. Проверьте поля: …») appears. The mode cannot be changed while heating is on: Samovar refuses to save.

 

Return to the main page. If there are unsaved changes, Samovar asks for confirmation.

 

Switch to the Samovar file editor (the /edit page). Here you can delete the old log data_old.csv or other files and view the contents of the file system.
