Notes
A big and bold Imperial stout to be aged in a Bourbon barrel for several months. Hearty!
After primary fermentation is complete, rack into serving keg with oak chips for 1 to 2 weeks. Remove chips and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Bourbon. Carb and serve!
