Notes

Beer brewed in the spirit of Alaskan Summer Ale. Light in color and soft on the palette. The perfect beer for endless summer days.

WYeast Kolsch Yeast 2565 works well with this beer, too.

Ferment at 60 °F (16 °C). After primary fermentation, allow the beer to "lager" for at least four weeks before bottling or serving.
