Notes

Marzen/Oktoberfest-style beer with a sweet, Beechwood smoky aroma and flavor.

Use German Beechwood smoked malt or a Bamberg smoked malt for this beer. You may choose to smoke your own malts too. However, peat smoked malts are not recommended for this style. Ferment at 55 degrees (1 month fermentation, 4-6 weeks lagering)
