Notes

Traditional German dark lager. Balanced roast malt with moderate hoppiness.

Fermenation should last 30 days. Remove from cold ferm and bring to room temp for 3 days (Diacetyl Rest). Crash cool to 32F, then rack off yeast. Allow to lager for 4 - 6 weeks before carbonating. Recipe created by Annie Johnson.
