Notes

Copper colored, elegant malt complexity with a dry and crisp finish.

Fermenation should last 30 days. Remove from cold ferm and bring to room temp for 3 days (Diacetyl Rest). Crash cool to 32F, then rack off yeast. Allow to lager for 4 - 6 weeks before carbonating.
