Notes

An ale version of an American lager. Refreshingly light.

Almost any hop variety can be used. Up to 20% adjunct such as corn sugar may be used.
Ferment at cooler temperatures with ale yeast.
Can be served nitrogenated, which will cause the beer to look and taste creamier.
