Notes

Smooth and robust American porter flavored with the mild heat of smokey Chipolte peppers.

Add 4 oz of Chipole pepper candi sugar with 15 minutes left in the boil. OR smoke your own jalepenos or use canned chipotle peppers and add to secondary fermentation to desired heat/flavor (check after three days if going this route). Rack beer to serving keg or bottle.
