The take-off rate of the program that is currently running can be changed in the "Regulator" («Регулятор») card on the "Rectification" («Ректификация») tab (main page).
Samovar 7.00: the take-off rate field has been moved from the "Advanced" («Дополнительно») tab to the "Regulator" card on the main screen and is called "Rate, l/h" («Скорость, л/ч»).

Enter the take-off rate in liters per hour. Press "Set" («Установить») to apply it
The take-off rate can be changed at any moment while the program is running, any number of times. A manually set take-off rate has priority over the program one and is applied immediately after you press "Set" («Установить»). It stays in effect until Samovar moves on to the next program line. While the take-off program is not running, the command is not executed.
After the rate is changed, Samovar recalculates the remaining time of the current line, and for the impurity detector the new rate becomes the base one.
Tip. So if you have "found" the right rate (say, for distilling aromatic raw material), you can adjust the next line so that the rate does not change at the transition. Don't forget to press "Set program" («Установить программу»).
