The recommended configuration adds to the minimal build the actuators needed for automatic operation:
• a power regulator and a contactor for heating control; • a water supply valve and, if needed, a cooling pump; • a stepper motor and a driver for take-off; • temperature sensors for the boiler, steam, column section and water; • an atmospheric pressure sensor; • a reflux level sensor or other emergency sensors you use.
An LCD display, an encoder and a separate button are convenient for local control but are not required: the main settings and controls are available through the web interface.
